We take many material things for granted in our lives..electricity, heat, appliances.. UNTIL they go bad. Bad as in BROKEN. Broken recently was my refrigerator.. ice building up.. images of lost food to defrost the thing.. Why wasn’t the AUTO DEFROST working?? Enter Steve Conner of Conner and Sons… 1. He came QUICKLY. The same DAY (everybody else was 2-3 days out) 2. He KNEW what was wrong. 3. My fridge was fixed THAT DAY. 4. He charged a very reasonable amount.. Too reasonable, I made him take $10 more, I was so THANKFUL!! CALL STEVE, you’ll be very glad.

I must say… to meet a repair person who is honest, trustworthy and hard working is very rare now days. I called out of urgency and panick thinking that I was going to get charged some astronomical expense for a consultation fee, knowing that with a family of 6 the clothes were piling up. I am more than pleased that O’Conner and Sons came directly to my home at the spare of a moment, took my washer apart and was very truthful in the expense verses getting a new washer. I really believe that someone else would have taken my money knowing that it would break down a few days later. He was a very kind and honest man. I would recommend his services to anyone who inquires. Thanks for not taking advantage of a single mom who is just trying to make it. Thanks again… Jamie.

We just wanted to say thank you!!!! Steve was extremely nice and friendly, even to my boys. He seemed to know what was wrong before he even took a good look at my dishwasher, and he was right. We appreciate the free service call and will DEFINITELY use you again and refer you to anyone we know that needs appliance repair!

Thank you for fixing our refrigarator without the 2 day waiting GE offered. I called Monday morning at Monday afternoon it was working. Very nice, professional and I will definetly call them again when needed it.

have had conner out for repairs on hot water tank and stove and now the dishwasher he has always shown up when said and i have been very impressed with his prices and knowdge. i would and have reccommend him to many other poeple please keep up the good work

Steve Conner is not only a wonderful guy but I do believe he is the appliance equivalent of a Fairy Godmother. When my refrigerator stopped cold, I called my usual repair guy. He was unable to help me after being a client for 12 years. Mr. Conner responded to my call, was at my home within the HOUR, diagnosed the problem, picked up the part came back to my house and fixed it! All this happened after 3 pm! Friendly, honest and good at what he does! I am happy to recommend Mr. Conner.

I am extremely pleased & satisfied with not only the repair Mr. Conner did on my dishwasher, but his promptness, thoroughness, dependability, friendliness, honesty & with a more than fair price. I could tell right away he seemed trustworthy & would not cheat me. He fixed the dishwasher fast and even leveled my refridgerator door I needed done too so it stopped swinging backwards. Needless to say, we called Conner & Sons after first having a bad experience with another repair company whose spokesperson was rude & neglected to be upfront about his rates. Steve Conner showed up soon afterward the same day & did a great job. I will certainly use them again & recommend them to all.

Awesome, Steve came out and advised on our refrigerator, and then tried to get away with not getting paid today because he couldn’t fix it right away! Will call them for any and all appliance repairs we need in the future.

I called Conner & Sons Repair later in the evening with a problem I was having with the dryer at my rental house… He squeezed me in first thing the next day and had it fixed in less than an hour. This keeps my tenant happy… which keeps me happy. They went above and beyond… Very trustworthy!

Conner & Sons Repair came to my house on a Saturday evening with just an hours notice. By explanation of what was happening with my washing machine, the OWNER was on-site with tools in hand and fixed my machine within minutes. He even stayed through a cycle to ensure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Conner and Sons Repair. Reliable and trustworthy.

Conner and Sons Repair – Steve and Sons – A respectful and considerate family owned and operated business; I needed a washer installed in a tight corner of the laundry room on a day I could get off. I called very early Wednesday morning to see if I could get scheduled on Thursday Steve was not near his schedule but thought he had an opening. I sent an e-mail with my address and cell phone; called and confirmed the appointment time later for the following day. Steve called and was able to come a half hour EARLY (He conscientiously called to let me know. He, helper Wade and son-in-training Nate removed the old washer; set the new washer up -leveled it, checked and adjusted hoses,ran the washer through its’ various cycles; drilled a hole in the corner of my laundry tub to secure the hose with a zip tie to control unnecessary water splash. The washer ran through its cycles quietly, was level and even and I was good to get through the back-log of laundry. Yesterday, 7/27/10, I called to have my Amana oven repaired. After doing some “investigating”, I chose to contact Conner’s Repair. I did however, contact a couple other locations for a rough estimate/time frame prior to calling them. That I checked around was left out when I was talking with them. I called around 3:40pm. The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful & polite, which is strange as it seems everyone you’re attempting to contact regarding a repair seems to have a chip on their shoulder. She provided me with the local phone number for Conner’s Repair in case we were disconnected for some reason, but then connected me immediately. I spoke with Steve, who was very polite & advised me that they were currently at a job, but would call & let me know if they’d be able to make it out today or tomorrow. THAT was a HUGE surprise! The other companies advised me that it would be 2-3 days before they could come out & there was a service charge involved, whether or not they were able to make any repairs. Steve called me around 6pm & advised me that they were able to make it out & were only around the corner so it would be within a matter of minutes! A short moment later, they arrived. They (Steve & Steve) both took off their shoes at the front door before even entering the house even though they were both advised that it was not necessary to do so. The guys were both kind & comical & very understanding with my 2 boys, well, being boys. At one point, we had to go to the breaker box to shut off the over prior to the other Steve working underneath it & he even pointed out that one of the fuse’s may be stripped as it kept spinning around while the other’s tightened. Anyone else wouldnt have said anything so that the surprise of the breaker could be something ELSE they had to fix. It was like having family fix something in your house for you. Or at least, that’s the overall impression I had of their visit. They were able to repair the oven & provided me with the light/thingie so I could see what the burned out portion is & actually had to explain it to my boys. Instead of a dreading experience, it was a very pleasant one. My boys even asked where they went after the job was done. It was very inexpensive, especially when the bigger companies were going to charge a service fee with or without actually repairing it. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to ANYONE I know & would gladly contact them again with any of the appliance repairs in the future. They were very reasonable (price wise), showed up the same day & only a couple hours after my initial call & very professional while at the same time, very personable & polite. Thank you Steve & Steve, you both are a blessing!

Had a major surge wipe out all kitchen appliances in my apt. These guys not only repaired my appliances as soon as the parts came in, but they also bought me lunch since I didn’t have a fridge nor a stove to cook with. How can you top that?!?!?

Steve and family bent over backwards to make sure we were pleased with their repair work. Both appliances (an electric range and electric dryer, both which were in non-working order) are now running great! I would recommended Conner and Sons to anyone in need of appliance repair!

Conner and Sons Repair is the kind of business with values that you don’t see much of anymore. This family is dependable, trustworthy, courteous and all around nice! These guys gave extraordinary customer service and went out of their way to make sure my appliance issues were resolved. I highly recommend them, they are outstanding!

The only way to describe Steve and his family would be “Above and Beyond”!! I had my stove go out @ 6:30pm the day before Thanksgiving with 18 people coming to my house. After a bunch of calls and internet searches, I came accross Steve’s company. I called Steve and he said he was packed up, in the van with his family and about to head to Indiana. He asked me to give him 10 minutes and he would call me back(he only took 8), When he called me back he said his wife informed him that he needed to help and I could tell that’s just what he wanted to do. What Steve and I diagnosed was that my burner element had failed. Steve made arrangements for me to go to his parents house and pick up the replacement burner. (Thanks Homer and Alice!,I hope i have your names right.) His parents were very kind and opened their house right up to a total stranger. The burner Steve had did not match exactly, but after a few calls and direction by Steve, I was able to modify the stove(Jenn-air) for the new burner and was able to succesfully test it with baking a cake that evening. Thanksgiving day turned out to be total success and I owe it all to Steve and his family. I would not hesitate in the future to contact Conner & Sons Repair. I KNOW i will get great service at an extremely fair price. Thanks Again!! Rich

I would have to say there are not a whole lot of businesses out there like Conner and Sons! Especially when it comes to repair and service, let alone combining the two. But this family has a one of a kind family owned and operated, honest, to goodness, moral compass in business. There are no strings attached, what you are told is what you will pay! I only wish there were more companies like “Conner’s Appliance Repair”, out there! Call them and you will not be disappointed, or swindled!

This small but yet very efficient appliance repair company has been to our home three times in 2010 and today makes the fourth. Steve Conner is very professional and knowledgeable, always on time and very pleasant to deal with.He has saved us hundreds of dollars by repairing appliances, when another appliance repair company suggested we buy new. I have never hesitated to refer him to anyone who was in need of a service company. Thank you in advance

I recently had one of your mechanics visit my house to work on my refrigerator. He was extremely professional and kind. He took the time to walk me and my wife through what was wrong with our fridge and what needed to be done to fix it. If there’s anyone I know who needs appliance help, I’ll definitely send them in your direction.
